La Manquina de las Estaciones (Used Hardcover) - Fran Nuno

The mayor of a small town buys a season machine and asks the 400 townspeople to vote on the duration of each season. Since each election ends in a tie, he decides winter and fall should each last one month, spring two months, and summer the rest of the year. When the inhabitants discover this is not the ideal solution, they take matters into their own hands.
